Titans @ Packers (Packers -3, O/U 41.5)
I’m no expert on the idea of respect. I don’t respect most people. Old people for example. Old people can fuck right off. No matter what. If you’re over 70, I probably don’t respect you. You can consider it a flaw of mine, but that’s on you. I call it a character trait.
That being said, it sure does seem like the Packers' win over Dallas last Sunday might’ve earned them too much respect because now they’re a favorite. Green Bay is 1-5 ATS as a favorite.
It also seems like the Titans only scoring 17 points against the Broncos last week might've made them lose too much respect, not that they were getting much anyway. A team that is 7-2 ATS means that they aren’t being valued correctly and the Titans are 7-2 ATS.
Denver’s rushing defense is good and they were able to shut Derrick Henry down. The Packers' rushing defense is not even close to being good. As a matter of fact, Green Bay’s defense has been allowing 140.6 rushing yards per game. Sure does seem like a pretty good spot for Derrick Henry to do that thing where he throws people into the moon.
It’s a short week for both teams. Green Bay had a tough, long game against Dallas. I expect a low-scoring game with Derrick Henry getting a handful of his big boi runs.
Give me the Titans and points. Smash the Under. Sprinkle the Money Line.
Titans +3. U 41.5.
